What Our Auto Electricians Repair
Common auto-electrical work we carry out includes:
- Wiring & looms: Repairs to damaged, chafed or corroded wiring, connectors and looms, including rewiring where a repair is no longer viable, plus trailer plug and connection faults.
- Batteries & charging systems: Battery, alternator and starter motor testing and replacement, along with charging system and earth-fault diagnosis so trucks start reliably every shift.
- Lighting: Headlights, tail and marker lights, indicators, beacons, work lights and reversing lights—repaired or replaced to keep the truck safe and compliant.
- Dash & warning-light faults: Investigation of dash warning lights, gauge and instrument cluster faults, and intermittent electrical gremlins that only show up under load or in the wet.

Truck Air Conditioning Repairs & Servicing
A cab that will not cool makes for a long day and a tired driver. We repair and service truck air conditioning systems so your cab stays comfortable through summer and your demister works when you need it in winter.
Our AC work covers regassing, leak detection and fault-finding, along with repairs to compressors, condensers, receiver driers, expansion valves, hoses, fans and AC electrical controls. If a system has lost its charge, we find out why before we refill it—simply topping up a leaking system is money down the drain.

Workshop or On-Site—Whichever Suits You
Electrical and air-conditioning work is available at our fully equipped Unanderra workshop, where we have the space, hoists and diagnostic gear for larger jobs and full system repairs. Where practical, the same work can also be carried out on-site as part of our mobile truck repair service, so a lighting fault or a flat charging system does not have to mean a trip in.
